More about Paul
During that last tour of duty overseas in Singapore before his retirement, as Commodore for the Military Sealift Command Far East (MSCFE), his organization was accountable and responsible for over $34 Billion in Naval Afloat assets, materials, and supplies. The Afloat Naval Auxiliary assets assigned to his command, were often involved in “Project Handclasp Operations” which in most cases was the logistical embarkation, transportation and distribution of needed humanitarian, educational and goodwill materials and supplies to needed areas and communities in countries within the Pacific Region of Operation. It is from and through this experience of goodwill and local community involvement that CAPT(Ret.) Harvey brings to the table to Kai’s and Cora’s Foundation for kids. This, as well as his burning desire and hopes through the collective efforts of generous donors and supporters for this cause, of continuing to remember and honor both his late wife; Corazon and brother-in-law; Kai, by following through with their wishes!
